​Are there trial/free sessions available?
We do not provide trial/free sessions to ensure fair compensation for the therapists' time, effort and expertise in assisting individuals. However, Introductory calls are available to discuss your concerns with therapist which is a 30 Minute Paid Call.
How many sessions do i need?​

The therapist will recommend you sessions required . Since the challenges you're facing may have built up over years, its important to understand that progress takes time.. But there is no strict schedules, you are free to choose a session frequency that aligns with your comfort and preferences.​
Can I call my therapist in case of an emergency?
It's important to note that our therapists are not crisis counselors and cannot communicate with you outside of scheduled sessions. This policy is in place to prevent dependency and to uphold their professional boundaries and timings.
